Satellite Class

A satellite class is a class that belongs to a special school but is located in a ‘mainstream’ school.
Our school has a primary school satellite at Westburn School. The students participate in some of the ‘mainstream’ school activities as well as still being involved with our school activities. We are negotiating the development of new satellite classes with other schools during 2010.
